At Info Tech Net, we are committed to providing quality internet services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and equipment returns are handled for our ISP services.
Refund Eligibility
- Service Outage: If there is an unplanned and continuous service outage exceeding 48 hours (not caused by customer-side issues), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Incorrect Billing: If you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date. Valid claims will be adjusted or refunded accordingly.
- New Connection Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a new internet connection and notify us within 7 days of activation, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting installation or administrative costs.
Non-Refundable Items
- Installation, activation, or setup fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
- Charges for periods with normal service (without verified ISP fault) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions due to customer equipment issues, power failures, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters).
- Payments made after the eligible refund window will not be refunded.
Return of ISP Equipment
If you have leased or been provided with equipment (such as routers, ONU, or modems) by Info Tech Net, you are required to return the equipment in good working condition upon service termination. Failure to return, or returning damaged equipment, will result in charges as per company policy.
Refund Process
- To request a refund or return, please contact our support team at support@infotech.net.bd with your account details and reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request and inform you of the decision within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation.
